Kratom law is set state by state, and some counties and cities add their own rules. This page lists every place our checkout won’t ship to, read straight from the settings checkout uses, so it can’t fall out of date.

Why can't you ship kratom to my state?

A handful of states prohibit kratom outright, and we do not ship into them. The state list on this page is the same one our checkout uses, so an address in a listed state cannot complete an order.

My state is fine, so why was my address blocked?

Some counties and cities restrict kratom even where the state allows it. Those local restrictions are listed by state on this page, most of them by ZIP code. Enter your ZIP code in the checker to see whether it is on the list.

How current is this list?

It is read directly from the restriction settings our checkout enforces, not typed into this page separately. When a restriction is added or lifted, this page reflects it within about an hour.

Is there a minimum age?

Yes. The minimum purchase age depends on the state you are shipping to, and some states and counties set it at 21. New York orders are verified as 21 and over before they ship.
