Purchase
Every completed order earns points on what you paid for products, after any discounts. Shipping, tax and fees do not count.
3.5 per $1 spent
Review
Review a product you bought. A written review earns 500 points, 1,000 with a photo and 1,500 with a video. One reward per product, and free samples do not count. Compliant language only: no health, effect, use or taste claims. Talk about sourcing, lab results, packaging and service.

Add your birthday when you create your account. The bonus posts on your birthday, once a year.

Do I need to sign up?
If you have an HVB customer account, you are already enrolled. Order points post when your order is marked complete, and review points post when your review is approved.
Why is there no points option at checkout?
Points are spent as a code. Open My Account, choose Redeem Points, enter the dollar amount you want to use and click Generate Coupon. Then enter the code, which starts with POINTS-, in the coupon box at checkout.
Do points expire?
No. Points stay in your account until you use them. They come out when you turn them into a code, when an order they were earned on is refunded or cancelled, or when a review they were earned on is removed. A code you create is good for 12 months.
Can I combine points with sale pricing or coupons?
A points code covers regular priced items. If your cart also has sale items, the code comes off the regular priced items and sale items keep their sale price; if everything in your cart is on sale, keep the code for a future order. A points code does not combine with other coupons or with payment-method discounts, and it cannot be used on Subscribe & Save plan orders.
What happens if I return an order?
Points earned on that order come off your balance once the refund is processed. A points code used on that order is not returned automatically, so if that applies to you, send us a message through the contact page.
Can I gift my points to someone else?
Not directly. But you can redeem your points against a store gift card and send that gift card to anyone. Reach out to support and we will set up the gift card with your balance applied.
