Do I need to sign up?
If you have an HVB customer account, you are already enrolled. Every order, referral, and approved review automatically posts points to your balance within 24 hours of the triggering action completing.
Do points expire?
No. Points stay in your account indefinitely. The only time points come out is when you redeem them at checkout or when an order the points were earned on is refunded.
Can I combine points with sale pricing or coupons?
Yes. Points are treated as store credit and stack with sitewide sales, strain-specific discounts, and most coupons. A small number of limited-time promos exclude stacking and will say so at checkout.
What happens if I return an order?
Points earned on that order are reversed, and any points you redeemed against it are returned to your balance. You will see the adjustment on your account history page within 48 hours of the return being processed.
Can I gift my points to someone else?
Not directly. But you can redeem your points against a store gift card and send that gift card to anyone. Reach out to support and we will set up the gift card with your balance applied.
