What is the minimum order quantity?
Our wholesale program starts at one kilogram per order. Every tier above that is priced at a lower per-kilo rate, with custom pricing available at 25 kg and above.
Do you offer blind-drop shipping?
Yes. Starting at the 10 kg tier, we ship in unbranded boxes with a generic return address so you can fulfill direct customer orders without revealing the supplier.
How do I pay for wholesale orders?
First orders are prepaid by ACH or wire. After three completed orders, qualifying accounts can request Net-30 terms subject to a standard credit review.
Are COAs included with every order?
Always. Every batch of Garuda Kratom ships with a matching Certificate of Analysis from an ISO 17025 accredited lab. Batch numbers on the pouch line up with the PDF on file.
Which states can you ship to?
We ship to every state where kratom is legal for sale. If you are in a state with restrictions, reach out and we will walk you through what is and is not available at your address.
How long does it take to get approved?
Most wholesale applications are reviewed within one business day. Once approved, your first order typically ships the same week you finalize the invoice.
