What is the minimum order?
Twenty five units. One pouch is one unit, and you can mix and match strains across the order, so 25 units can be 25 different pouches. Powder is sold in 250g pouches and capsules in 50 count pouches.
How do I pay for a wholesale order?
Wholesale orders are prepaid. We confirm the order, send an invoice, and the order goes out once payment clears. We do not offer payment terms.
Can we try it before we buy?
Yes. We send a free sample kit to prospective accounts. Reply with your shop name and a shipping address and it goes out. There is nothing to purchase first.
How fast do orders ship?
Powder orders go out in 48 to 72 hours. Capsules are made in small batches, so allow 7 to 10 days. Delivery is free within 45 minutes of Poughkeepsie, NY, and everything else ships tracked.
Which states can you supply?
Anywhere kratom is legal at the state and local level. We track legality continuously and will flag any address we cannot ship to before you commit. Age minimums are set by the state you are selling in, and we will tell you what applies to yours.
Do wholesale orders include COAs?
Every lot ships with its Certificate of Analysis, and the lab results for every batch are published on our public COA archive, the same standard as our retail pouches. Batch details and COAs live on that page rather than on the pouch, so you and your customers can look them up any time.
