How long until I am approved?

Within one business day. We review every application by hand to keep the program high-signal, so we take a minute to look at your site, your channel, or your social presence before approving.

Do commissions get clawed back on returns?

Only for the specific order that was returned. We do not retroactively pull commissions from unrelated orders, and commissions lock 14 days after shipment to give the return window time to close.

Can I use paid ads to promote my link?

Yes, with restrictions. No bidding on our brand terms, no direct-link campaigns, and no unapproved health or wellness claims. The swipe file includes copy that has been vetted for ad networks that allow herbal products.

What happens if I do not hit the $50 minimum?

Your balance rolls over to the next month. Nothing is lost, and there is no time limit on accumulating toward the threshold. You can also lower the threshold any time in your dashboard.

Do you offer custom coupon codes?

Custom coupon codes unlock at the Gold tier (25+ completed orders per month). We also support custom discount codes for approved partners below that threshold on a case-by-case basis, reach out and we will talk.

Is there a contract or exclusivity requirement?
