Third-party lab testing means samples are sent to independent, accredited laboratories that have no business relationship with us. This ensures unbiased, objective results. We use labs that specialize in botanical testing and hold ISO certifications.
Each product page includes a link to view or download the COA. You can also contact our customer service with your batch number (found on your product label) and we'll provide the specific COA for your purchase.
Any batch that fails our testing standards is immediately rejected and never sold. We have zero tolerance for contaminated or adulterated products. Failed batches are safely disposed of, and we work with our suppliers to identify and correct the source of the issue.
