Who can play

Legal residents of the United States who are 21 or older when they play, with a shipping address in an area where Garuda Kratom ships. Kratom is restricted or banned in some states, counties and cities; people in those areas cannot play or win. See Shipping Restrictions.

When

The game runs from 12:00 AM Eastern Time on Friday, October 30, 2026 until 11:59 PM Eastern Time on Saturday, October 31, 2026 (the "Promotion Period").

How to play

During the Promotion Period, open Scratch the Pumpkin on hudsonvalleybotanicals.com, enter your email address and ZIP code, confirm that you are 21 or older, agree to these rules, and scratch your card. One card per person, per email address and per browser, and no more than three cards from one internet connection in 24 hours. Playing more than once, using more than one email address, or using automated means disqualifies all of your plays.

Prizes

10 pouch prizes and up to 20 discount codes. Each pouch prize is a code for one free 250g pouch of Garuda Kratom powder in the winner's choice of Super Green, Green Jongkong, Red Maeng Da, White Maeng Da, Super Maeng Da, or Red Bali, from those in stock (approximate retail value $23.00 to $25.00 each, depending on the strain; up to $250.00 in all). Shipping is free when the pouch is ordered by itself; the pouch can also be added to another order, which then ships at the store's usual rates. Each discount code takes an extra 10% off one order of Garuda Kratom strains up to the 1kg size (not 3kg or 5kg sizes, Subscribe & Save plans, sale items or gift cards) and can be used together with code HORSEMAN. Its value depends on the order (for example, $8.00 off an $80.00 order), and a purchase is needed to use it. One prize per person, and one pouch per shipping address. Prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash or swapped for anything else, except that Sponsor may offer another strain if one is unavailable.

How winners are chosen

Each card is decided when it is played, by a random draw on Sponsor's server. While a pouch is available, each card has a 1 in 15 chance to win one. A card that does not win a pouch has a 1 in 5 chance to win a discount code while one is available. Prizes are released evenly over the Promotion Period, about one pouch every 4.8 hours and one discount code every 2.4 hours. When every prize of a kind released so far has been won, cards cannot win that kind until the next one is released. The odds of winning depend on how many eligible cards are played and when. Any pouches not won during the Promotion Period will be awarded on or about November 2, 2026 in a random drawing among all eligible plays that did not win a prize, one entry per person. Discount codes not won during the Promotion Period are not awarded.

Claiming a prize

Winners get their code by email at the address they entered; the code is also listed in My Account for that email address. Each code works once and only with that email address at checkout. Pouch codes must be used by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on December 31, 2026, and discount codes by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on October 31, 2026. Prize orders go through the store's usual age check and shipping restrictions, and a prize cannot be shipped where Garuda Kratom does not ship. Prizes not claimed in time are forfeited.

General

Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the game, plays more than once or gives false information, and may cancel codes obtained that way. Sponsor is not responsible for lost or late email, technical problems or errors in the game. If the game is compromised or cannot run as planned, Sponsor may suspend or end it and award the remaining prizes by random drawing among eligible plays made before the problem. By playing, you agree to these rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final.
