Why do I need an account?
The coupon is tied to your account so it can only be used once, and so we can confirm the offer is going to a new customer. It also keeps the one per household limit workable.
Can I request a second sample?
No. It is one per household and per account, for customers with no prior orders. If you have ordered from us before, the full collection is the way to go.

What if the coupon never shows up?
