The Town Board adopted Local Law No. 13 of 2026 by Resolution 286 of 2026, 5 to 0, after a public hearing on October 6, 2026. Its title describes a law to prohibit the sale, distribution, possession for sale and public display of kratom and kratom-derived products in the town. No amendments were offered.
