What makes a review reward-eligible.
These are the ground rules. They are not here to make reviewing harder, they are here to keep HVB compliant and your review helpful to the next shopper.

Be honest
Share the real experience. If something fell short, say so. If something exceeded expectations, say that too. Balanced reviews are the most trusted reviews and the most rewarded.

Be detailed
One-sentence reviews rarely qualify. Aim for 3 to 5 sentences covering what matters to other shoppers: texture, aroma, freshness, packaging, shipping, and the buying experience.

Photos are encouraged
A clean shot of the pouch, the resealable outer bag, or the product on your kitchen counter adds a ton of credibility. Unboxing-style photos are the ones that get featured most often.

Use FDA-safe supplement language
Talk about what you saw, smelled, felt in your hand, and observed in the packaging. Share your sourcing and packaging experience, not effects. This is the part that protects both of us.

Write about outcomes
Kratom is a botanical product and we cannot publish reviews that describe its effects, health outcomes, or medical benefits. Reviews that go there will be sent back for a rewrite before they can be approved.
Don't
Recycle, fake, or swap reviews
Verified purchase only. One review per product, per customer. Reviews written for a different brand, AI-generated content, or obviously paid reviews do not earn points and may affect your account standing.
