Our subscription plan offers a convenient, cost-effective way to maintain a larger supply of premium quality kratom. Every two weeks, you’ll receive a fresh kilogram of your chosen strain, delivered directly to your door without any action required on your part.
This bi-weekly plan is perfect for regular kratom users who prefer more frequent deliveries, appreciate consistency, convenience, and significant cost savings. Choose from our extensive selection of premium strains and enjoy the peace of mind that comes with knowing your supply will always be replenished on schedule.
You will receive 1kg of your choice every two weeks (2kg a month) for the duration of the plan you choose. Simply select from one of our three subscription options: 3 months, 6 months, or 8 months.
Your shipments will automatically go out on the 1st and 15th of each month via Priority Mail. If you place an order after the 1st of the month, both shipments will go out on the 15th.
If you place an order after the 15th, your subscription won’t start until the following month, or right away if you prefer not to wait.
In the event that your chosen strain is temporarily sold out during a particular shipment, our customer service team will contact you promptly to arrange a suitable replacement from our available inventory.

We do not sell or ship to localities, states or countries where kratom is known to be illegal, but it is up to you to stay up-to-date with your local laws. Currently, kratom is illegal in the following locations: Alabama, Arkansas, Sarasota County in Florida, Rhode Island, Indiana, Wisconsin,  Vermont, San Diego County in California, Oxford in Mississippi, Columbus in Missouri and Jerseyville in Illinois. Processing your order will require 1-2 days. We dispatch packages via USPS Ground, which might take up to five days to arrive. We also offer USPS Flat Rate Priority and UPS Ground services, with an average delivery time of 2-3 business days to your location, though this can vary due to factors beyond our control, such as USPS errors or delays. You will have received a specific delivery estimate with the creation of your shipping label.
For Express shipping, which promises delivery within 1-2 days, USPS offers a guarantee: should it exceed this time frame, they will issue a refund, and we will provide a coupon for the equivalent amount for use on your next purchase, or a refund to your card. We will handle the refund request on our end to expedite and insure the refund as the shipper.Â
However, I must note that I cannot guarantee these delivery times due to potential delays on USPS’s, or UPS’s part, such as adverse weather conditions, technical issues, or issues with the delivery address. In cases where delivery is not possible, the package will be returned to us, and we will issue a refund (excluding shipping costs) or arrange for a reshipment (at your expense for the shipping).
Please be aware that we do not process or ship orders over the weekend until further notice.
We currently accept: Visa/Mastercard/American Express credit & debit cards through Waave, USPS and Western Union Money Orders, COD (Collect on Delivery which can be payed with either, cash or money order/check at the time of delivery, or card at your local post office), Cash App, Sezzle (interest free payment plans) and check/money order/cash in mail.
