DESCRIPTION:Regular meeting. The Board is expected to vote on HHS #2\, whic
 h its Health and Human Services Committee approved by voice vote on Octobe
 r 27. The resolution asks the Governor and the Legislature to prohibit syn
 thetic\, adulterated and high-potency kratom products while avoiding a bro
 ad ban on natural leaf\, and to act on S8925-A. It is a request to the Sta
 te\, not a local law\, so it would not change what can be sold in Seneca C
